I am licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in Ohio, including the Sixth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the Supreme Court of the United States.

I first-chaired trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings; supervised and trained junior attorneys and paralegals; evaluated claims; advised in-house counsel; developed litigation and business-solution strategies; negotiated settlements; negotiated and drafted contracts; and researched and drafted legal briefs. My cases included commercial, contract, construction, probate, insurance coverage, real estate, and consumer disputes.
