I am licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in Ohio, including the Sixth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the Supreme Court of the United States.

My ten years at Thompson Hine and Buckingham were devoted to civil litigation. I first-chaired trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings; supervised and trained junior attorneys and paralegals; evaluated claims; advised in-house counsel; developed litigation and business-solution strategies; negotiated settlements; negotiated and drafted contracts; and researched and drafted legal briefs. My cases included commercial, contract, construction, probate, insurance coverage, real estate, and consumer disputes.
